Support–TeamViewer v10

Teamviewer is by far the best tool for remote support. To support our clients we have a registered license. This means that clients can install and run TeamViewer without having to buy a license.

TeamViewer has just updated to version 11 (Decmeber 2015), which we will not be upgrading to. The software has been perfect for our purposes since version 9, and to us it looks like the updates since v9 are adding features which do not provide us with any measurable value for money at this time.

For now, we’ll stick with Version 10.  This is available for download from the teamviewer site and are perfect for our support purposes.

TeamViewer Remote support

For some time now we have been using TeamViewer for remote support. Clients will be able to run teamviewer for support purposes without any cost implications. A custom link is available for this from us.

Altisource refresh available

Altisource refresh version 1.4.78.25 is now available for download.

With this refresh we have dropped support for Windows XP. All current versions of Windows (Windows Vista/Windows 7 and Windows 8 and 8.1) are supported.

Our support policy is very simple. If you find a bug, we fix it, no questions asked, no charge. Once we have made the fix, it will become available with the next maintenance release.

As mentioned in several places, web sites changes are not bugs.
